Yuzu is a citrus fruit which is particularly popular in Japan. Its flavour offers a rare blend of lime, lemon and grapefruit. Chilli and lemon grass add a delicate note to this marmalade that can either be used as a breakfast spread, for baking or as a glaze for meat.
