Pangokoura is a blend of pango (black) and koura (gold). Blackish colour but golden flavour! It is a traditional German recipe with a spicy hint of cinnamon and cloves. A delicate addi(c)tion to red meat, cheese, French toast, pancakes — or just try it on bread.
